Dr. Tim Grayem DDS has been designing and building beautiful smiles in St. Louis since 2002. Dr. Grayem graduated from the University of Missouri, Kansas City School of Dentistry and scored in the top 5% in the nation on both parts of the Dental Board examinations. He expanded his aesthetic education, studying with some of the best cosmetics dentists in the country at the prestigious Pacific Aesthetic Continuum in San Franscico. Few doctors have more dental implant experience than Dr. Grayem as he has successfully placed and restored thousands of dental implants and implant smiles. This tremendous amount of implant experience along with his skilled cosmetic ability have patients traveling for hundreds of miles seeking his expertise.

Dr. Grayem is a long-time member of the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, the American Dental Association, the Academy of General Dentistry, and the Dental Organization for Conscious Sedation. Dr. Grayem’s impressive resume, sensitivity, dedication, and artistic eye have earned him the reputation as a top dentist throughout the Midwest.

Dr. Dan Bialecki has been creating healthy and beautiful smiles for almost 15 years. He enjoys the practice of dentistry, and it shows in the precise, comprehensive, personalized care he provides to his patients.

Dr. Bialecki graduated from the University of Michigan School of Dentistry with a Doctorate of Dental Surgery. After graduating from the top ranked dental school in the country, he was accepted into the prestigious Advanced Education in General Dentistry program at Boston University, where he received a Certificate of Advanced Graduate Studies (C.A.G.S.). He began his career in a large multi-specialty practice just outside of Chicago, where he treated a variety of advanced dental cases. In 2007 he returned to his hometown of St. Louis to be a part of the St. Louis Dental County Partnership. Dr. Bialecki has a reputation as an honest and compassionate dentist who strives to give his patients a comfortable experience. Dr. Bialecki continues to enhance his knowledge of advances in dentistry through a variety of continuing education courses and conferences. He is a member of the American Dental Association, Academy of General Dentistry, and the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry.

Dr. Jillian Bruch, DMD, has been improving smiles and oral health with a compassionate and comprehensive patient focused approach since 2013. She provides dental care in a professional, communicative and comfortable manner, creating beautiful, healthy smiles in an atmosphere that her patients appreciate. She is passionate about life-long learning and is continually enhancing her expertise by expanding into multiple branches of dentistry including (but not limited to) custom cosmetics, full mouth smile designs, sedation, Invisalign orthodontics, and pediatrics. She also has advanced training in Botox and dermal fillers to provide patients with comprehensive cosmetic care.

Dr. Bruch (pronounced “Brook”) graduated from Southern Illinois University School of Dental Medicine. Dr. Bruch found her interest in dentistry at a young age while working for an Orthodontic office in her hometown of Peoria, Illinois. Since then, her passion for helping others and interest in the dental profession have only grown, shaping her dedication to providing exceptional care for patients of all ages.

When she is not practicing, Dr. Bruch enjoys traveling, cooking, gardening, live music of any sort, and spending time outdoors with her family, friends, and two dogs. She is an avid fan of the Tennessee Volunteers (where she completed her undergraduate degree) and the St. Louis Cardinals.
