This practice offers consistently good care for everything from cleanings to dental implants and crowns. Everyone there – dentists, hygienists, receptionists, billing personnel – are friendly and upbeat with patients and each other. My husband has been a patient there for several years; I’ve been a patient for a little less than a year (with several problems, including an emergency). I recom​mend them highly!

These Dentists ROCK! After a horrible experience at an oral surgeons office yesterday that sent my blood pressure to 199/168 and I left in more pain than I came with. They squeezed me in with Dr. Grayem today and what an unbelievable difference! Dr. Grayem is the BEST! WOW! No pain and I left there smiling! Caring, gentle and renewed my trust in the dentists! I’ll never go any where else! Can’t wait to go back!! 😀 Thank you Dr. Grayem! Wish I could leave an extra star!

This was one of the most professional, clean, and kind offices I have ever been to. I work in a doctors office and I was so impressed by how well organized they were. I had a very bad experience with a previous dentist that actually made me fear going to one. My mother had seen them and they took care of her. On my first visit I felt like they had everything ready for me and I was treated with the best possible care. Even though my insurance doesn’t cover most of the work I am going to have done there this place is worth the money. To have a group of people work with you that well is priceless. Thank you ladies I look forward to seeing you guys for a long time!

I had my first appointment with Dr. Grayem and his hygienist Gina recently. I have never had such a thorough exam and I feel that I’m in excellent hands. _x000D_ The protocol they have in place because of Covid-19 is reassuring. _x000D_

I was immediately greeted with smiling faces and employees that really seemed to enjoy being there. The dental tech that took care of me was a joy!So upbeat and friendly. She made me feel so comfortable. Then of course is the Dr who was so personable & answered all my questions. I couldn’t have enjoyed a Dr visit more……………..LOL ** Good Job guys!!

Wonderful place! The Hygienists are amazing (very professional and understanding to high-anxiety patients.) The Dr.’s are just as awesome! Encouraging healthy mouth habits (with honesty and best practices that they use daily.) They have always answered any of our questions without hesitation and provided guidance with our financial situation.

So I came into the dentist office terrified of pain and ALL the mess that goes with dental work. Office was calming, staff was great especially Sarah. But in all reality, all I can say is, this was a new dentist to me, so I didn’t trust him, BUT NOW HE IS COMPLETELY IN MY CIRCLE OF TRUST. NO! FLIPPING! PAIN! I cannot begin to tell you how grateful I was for this experience to finally find a dentist that didn’t hurt me and what’s crazy… I had 2 teeth pulled. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS DENTIST to ALL us scary cats out there! I WILL be back!

I have been going to this dentist office for 20 years. Dr Brace, Dr. Grayam and my hygienist Donna are the best! I had a terrible fear of going to the dentist. They offer sedation dentistry – which helped with the work I had to have done. Now I look forward to going and I am always comfortable with the care I receive. I would recommend them to anyone. 5 star service! .

LOVED my first appointment today at St. Louis County Dental. Cindy took very good care of me, making sure I was comfortable and helping me understand fully everything she was doing to get me established as a new patient. The office is beautifully done and the care was top notch. I am so happy that I found Cindy and Dr. Grayem! Will definitely be returning to them for all my future dental care.

A year ago my gums had some bleeding and there was a pocket around the gums on a molar. During my 6 month check up my hygienist Donna suggested I waterpik to avoid gum disease. I am happy to report that adding this to my evening bedtime ritual has restored my gums to health. I appreciate the detour from the pain and expense of treatment. I like that this small change on my part was all I needed to do and it worked before it was too late.

I can’t even begin to describe how amazing this dental facility is! I went through hell and back with my mouth with different dentists! Previous dentists screwed up my teeth so bad I pretty much thought the issues would never get solved and I was stuck with not only ugly teeth but terrible gum health because of it! I’m so glad I found Dr Grayem! He has taken the time to explain what needed to be done, and made my dental phobia almost completely go away. And he’s so patient with me and the issues I’ve been through! I cannot thank him enough for this beautiful smile!!!

My friend has been seeing dr Barry brace for a while now and he’s caring and compassion and she feels comfortable with him and she liked the dental assistant she had at her appointment they use to call to check on the patients after appointments which is good when dentists do that as dental issues causes health issues and after appointment sound something chipped or broke and friend had fever after getting home from appointment and questions asked they were not very friendly at answering questions when called when could of been concerned and caring

I have a sever case of periodontal disease and have been dentist shopping for a YEAR. This place just made my whole week. The dental hygienist made sure I was comfortable, as possible, because of my sensitivity issues. They actually came up with a long term plan for me. Not just telling me they need to pull all my teeth. My first appointment was supposed to be 400$ and they only charged me 80! I have not felt so much comfort in a dentist office until now. I completely recommend this office to anyone and especially for people that have gum disease or bone loss.

So happy with Dr Grahm, and Victoria!! ! I do have to admit, I hate the cost. I can’t afford dental insurance so I have be to pay cash, and it sucks. To this day I still thank my father for part for my $4000.00 visit. That being said, I have an appointment for a cleaning in December, because Dr Grahm is great! And he told me that I can do what I feel is most important before the cavity.

Dentists seem to be a dime a dozen and until you are forced to make a choice its not often you consider other providers. My wife has dental phobias and had a terrible time finding a dentist she was comfortable with. After her excellent feedback on this dentist and a bad experience at my previous provider’s office I switched and have never been so happy with my dental appointments. Donna is an amazing hygienist and is always happy to see me. I cant say enough good things about them, just go for yourself and you will not be sorry.

My first visit to this office was a good experience. The staff is friendly and very helpful. I was so impressed with the lovely decorated spaces. My dental hygienist, Cindy was the best. She was thorough and gentle. No pain! She explained and answered my questions. Truly the equipment is state of the art.. Dr. Grayem is pleasant and concluded the visit on a happy note. I will return.

I am a patient of Dr. Grayem, after a lot of research, I chose St. Louis County Dental, and I am so glad I did. I had implants put in, I am middle age and at any age, having your teeth removed can be traumatic. Unfortunately I have an autoimmune disease that requires medication that causes bad side effects and problems with the teeth. It hasn’t been a normal case like usual with the implants only because of my autoimmune system, but nothing that wasn’t taken care of by Dr. Grayem. When your at the doctors all the time because your not feeling well, being at the dentist is the last place you want to be at, that being said, Dr. Grayem and his entire staff have been so great with me…they truly care about their patients and not just about the dental aspect but your heath in a whole, especially when it hasn’t been the greatest. We are almost to the finish line and I can not wait to show off the finish product…my smile! And to Dr. Grayem and staff, thank you for being understanding and having patience with me.

New in town four years ago and not knowing where to go for a dentist, I chose St. Louis County Dental because I was impressed with the facility after walking in there one day. I have not been disappointed. I feel I am always in the best of hands with any one of the dentists. There is also kindness and patience shown, which is much appreciated. I feel fortunate to have found this dental office.

I’ve never written a review of a dental office before. On the other hand, I’d never experienced a dentist like Dr Grayem before either. I can honestly say Dr Grayem gave me the smile I’ve always wanted. _x000D_ I became his patient because my previous _x000D_ dentist stopped accepting my dental insurance. I found Dr Grayem’s name _x000D_ on-line and made my first appointment to have a broken crown repaired. As he took care of my immediate need, I shared with him my lifelong embarrassment of my smile. Dr Grayem and his compassionate staff worked with me, suggesting affordable changes, that changed my appearance, and literally changed my life! Dr Grayem believes in painless dentistry in a comfortable environment. I’d recommend Dr Grayem and his excellent staff to anyone. It’s never to late for a beautiful smile!!

Every place that ask for more then $30 a tooth for porslen can die. I hope you do as there are people getting sick every day for greedy people like you! You dont deserve to live like assisted killers!

It should say something about about this exceptional dentist office that when I took a new job in California I never changed dentists but would schedule my appointments for when I was back here visiting my kids. Dr Dan Bialecki (I call him Doctor ‘D’, from the Mighty Mighty Bosstones song of the same name) is amazing. Oh, and I have since moved back to the area.

This was i guess my forth or fifth visit here and I want to express that I am really delighted with the excellent services here. They fixed two of my very bad teths and I even believe they saved them just in time. Doctor Bialecki did an excellent job in all kinds. We went trough two canal cleanings that is not nice procedure but in doctor Bialeckis hands I felt secure and makority of the bad feelings were effectively eliminated during the procedures. Doctor and the nurses vere very sensitive and carefull. The dental dentists are also doing an excellent job here. I always feel very welcome, everybody calls me by my name and I really feel like coming to a family every time. I also appreciate the approach of all the nice ladies at the reception. They are always smiling and making my day. When I wait in the chair the nurses or hygienists that took care of me in past used to stop by snd have a small friendly talk. They take great care of my appointments and calling to remind any upcoming ones. I always receive a call one day after each procedure to check if I am alright. Really great to feel the care. They help with finding the best way to cover the care according to the insurance availability,recommending the best way even if it means waiting for later time when I can get more insurance coverage. It is probably unusual but I feel I really started liking togo here :). Many thanks for the great care, special thanks to doctor Bialecki but also to everybody in the excellent team. I definitely recommend going here and experience the proffessionalism and amazing spirit.

There are dentists, and there are dentists, and then, uniquely, there are the dentists at St. Louis County Dental. You can rest assured that there is no dental problem they have not either seen before or cannot handle. Barry D. Brace is a dentist with the capabilities of a specialist and the warm personality capable of family dentistry. He gets concerned if he causes you ANY pain. Other dentists assume pain is part of the procedure as though they are repairing your car. So if you have a “bad mouth” see Barry. If you need a dentist who is just pleasant to be around, your routine work will not be handled in the same old routine manner. When you once sit in “the chair” at Barry’s office, next time you’ll find no need to “brace” yourself awaiting the usual fearful trip to the dentist. Bravo for Barry!

As a consumer who works in the health care industry I found your services to be EXCEPTIONAL. I was cared for by Connie and Lauren who helped Dr. H. treat my condition. They were caring and concerned for my state of mind as well as on top of their game. Dr. H, not only a gifted Dentist, was amusing and comical. Kayla, Stacy, & Sarah not only made me feel as if I were a VIP they actually had me believing it. Tracy was kindly able to squeeze me in on a last minute call. Overall, for an experience not many look forward to, you were all tops in my opinion. Who would not want to come to an office where the patient is truly cared for in a manor of EXCELLENCE by a highly trained group of professionals. Where have you been all my life!!!! I look forward to my next dental trauma.

Dr. B., I just wanted to thank you again for my new dentures! They are wonderful and I appreciate your fine work so much. I can eat anything and everything now – goodbye soups. Ha! At first I thought you were a bit expensive, but now, the finished product is worth every penny. The fit is so good I forget that my “teeth” aren’t natural. No pinches, no sore spots – just lovely teeth! Thank you.

I took my pills about 7AM and sat down on the couch to wait for time to go to my dental appointment. The next thing I knew it was 4 o’clock in the afternoon and I was still on the couch…only my dental treatment was done. I didn’t remember a thing. Wow… no pain, no fear, no anxiety. I’ll never go to any other dentist.

Wow! What a great experience! I remember taking the pills and bits and pieces of the appointment, but no fear, no anxiety, no lying there in a pool of sweat. I’ll never be afraid of the dentist again.

Dr. H and EVERYONE at the office is always so nice and funny and make a dentist appointment a lot more enjoyable and actually something to look forward too! They don’t criticize you on how bad you might be doing on cleaning your teeth, they simply inform of you of better ways to keep them healthy and suggest products to do so. I could never go to a different doctor’s office ever again. My experience is always enjoyable!

The staff in the office is always very friendly and puts patients at ease. They check often throughout any procedure to see if you are okay or would like a break.

Dr. Bialecki, Tonya, and the entire staff are friendly, answer my dental questions, and offer suggestions to improve my dental health. They were instrumental in my decision to begin wearing braces and I am happy I did. Highly recommended.

This is the best dental office I have ever been to! I have been to only one other dentist that just retired. My mother and sister worked in the office. My sister is a hygienist and my mother was the office manager. I must admit, this office is run more professionally, cleaner and everyone is nicer than the one where my own family worked. The hygienist cleaned my teeth better than any other hygienist than the other office including my own sister. I thought I would have a difficult time finding a good dentist to replace my former one. I was referred to this office by a neighbor and I’m so glad she did. The best!

St. Louis County Dental is amazing! The doctors and the staff are always nice and truly trying to make you feel as comfortable as they can. I have always had anxiety of the dentist, but after my experience at their office I will never go to a another dentist again! I wouldn’t change anything about your office!

I have had nothing but positive experiences with this office. I’m new to St. Louis, so when I needed a replacement NTI mouth guard, I went on the NTI website and did a search for local providers. I ended up choosing Dr. Brace’s office (I think based on their website) and I’m very glad I did._x000D_ _x000D_ Dr. Grayem did my NTI and it was finished to take home at the end of the visit! This is great because many offices have to send them out to be finished and you have wait a couple of weeks to get them back. When I got home and tried the guard that night, it didn’t feel right, and I called the office to let them know (nervous as to whether they would be receptive, or just think I was complaining). They fit me in THAT DAY, and Dr. Grayem was able to fix my guard. These are $500+ guards, so I was happy that he didn’t ask questions and just fixed it for me. They assured me they wanted me to be happy with the product and if I had any other problems to let me know._x000D_ _x000D_ After that wonderful experience I decided to go for a cleaning. It was quick, painless and thorough. My hygienist was competent and friendly (I think her name was Stacy?)._x000D_ _x000D_ I would not hesitate to recommend this office to friends or colleagues.

If you want a truly comfortable experience at the dentist, this is the place. The only thing that would have made my experience better today is if Dr. Brace had bought me lunch! LOL

I would highly recommend Dr. Brace’s office to anyone who has dental anxiety. The staff is very nice, helpful and courteous. They have always taken the time to make sure I was comfortable, didn’t get aggravated when I gagged on bite wings for X-rays and always let me take a mini break when I needed it to relax._x000D_ _x000D_ My dental hygiene is actually improving since I started seeing Dr. Grayem (an associate in the office) and I actually look forward to going to the dentist! It’s also OK to bring headphones and music for your appointment to help relax!

Dr. Brace and his staff are very professional and if its been a while since you have been to the dentist you’ll be pleased with your experience. They never criticize you and make you feel bad about the condition of your teeth and when asked “What I’d like to see improved in their office?” I’d have to say “there’s nothing I’d change… I have no complaints!”

In a very brief time my wife and I both felt a nice level of acceptance and positive feedback. After several visits and various different types of procedures already done our positive feeling has only been enhanced. We were looking for a Dentist’s office that “makes a difference” and are not quick to compliment but feel strong enough of this that we have already provided the name/number to a couple family persons._x000D_ _x000D_ I really appreciate how my wife Patricia, who is a teacher, (not being able to be available during much of the day during the week) is able to get an appointment later in the evening when most other dental offices are closed. Please continue to have times available during latter afternoons and Saturdays for appointments.
